Return Policy

1. Return Policy We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Custom Products: Jewelry made to special order or personalized/engraved items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

• Items purchased on "Final Sale".

3. Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the manufacturing or shipping process has started, cancellations may not be accepted.
